SA Rental Solutions has been operating since November 2013, our focus and core business is property management. We started with a small team of Three, Two specialist property managers and an admin/receptionist. Shannon, our principal came from a property management back ground, gaining a wealth of experience with over 10 years in the industry. Shannon started SA Rental Solutions in a humble but functional office space. Today, SA Rental Solutions continues to expand – with staff specialising in property management, client services, accounts and marketing.

Our agents are also very efficient in what we do – managing your property in a holistic manner we will look after your water rates, council rates, insurance and even your emergency service levy.
We manage it all so you don’t have to.
At SA Rental Solutions our accounts department is second to none.
Rental payments are processed and paid to our clients on the 16th and 29th of every month, and Statements are provided at the end of every month.
From the rent, we can make payment on any invoices that are associated with the investment property.
At the end of each financial year, your SA Rental Solutions agent will create a statement that highlights and summarises the property’s income and expenditure over the last 12 months.
We have a dedicated Property Manager handling your queries and those of your tenants. We have a 48 hour email and phone call return policy, and also provide an after hour’s emergency phone service.
Our Owner & Principal Shannon, has a background in Property Management and is actively involved in overseeing the department.
We personally meet every prospective tenant who will apply for your property and complete full background checks including checks in TICA – Australia’s largest tenancy database.
All Staff regularly attend training to maintain our extensive knowledge of the current legislation and updates.
